Aurel Brudan is the founder and CEO of The KPI Institute.

Aurel has over 15 years of experience in strategy and performance management system implementations, using solutions such as the Balanced Scorecard, operational dashboards, functional scorecards, employee performance plans and supplier scorecards. Aurel has a distinctive professional profile, having started his career as a practitioner, continuing with academic research and subsequently consulting. He is an economist with a specialisation in communication and marketing, holding certifications in enterprise architecture, project management, training and strategy/performance.
