الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، (24 يوليو 2022): مُنحت الشركة العربية لخدمات الانترنت والاتصالات “سلوشنز” جائزة التميز في الأداء المؤسسي بعد إحرازها درجة عالية في التصنيف المعتمد من المعهد الدولي لمؤشرات الأداء (The KPI Institute)، والذي يقيم نضج الأداء في المؤسسة، حيث يُظهر التقييم مستويات عالية من النضج لدى إدارة الأداء في شركة “سلوشنز”. 

وتعد الجائزة التي حصلت عليها “سلوشنز” تصنيفاً دولياً في “التميز المتكامل لإدارة الأداء”، من المعهد ، الذي يُعد منظمةً بحثية عالمية متخصصة في الاستراتيجية وأداء الأعمال. 

وحصلت شركة “سلوشنز”، المزود الأول لحلول تقنية المعلومات في المملكة العربية السعودية، على درجة عالية في الآلية التي يعتمدها المعهد البحثي العالمي لتقييم نضج إدارة الاستراتيجية والأداء”، حيث سلم فريق من المعهد الشهادة لشركة “سلوشنز” وذلك خلال زيارتهم للمقر الرئيسي للشركة في مدينة الرياض. 

وعمل المعهد الدولي، من خلال وحدة مراجعة الأداء العالمي، مع “سلوشنز” لتقييم مستوى نضج إدارة الأداء في الشركة، من خلال نموذج معتمد لدى المعهد، لتسليط الضوء على الممارسات الجيدة والفرص المتاحة لتحسين التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة الأداء، حيث أظهرت نتيجة التقييم مستوى عالٍ من النضج، وذلك بحصول “سلوشنز” على 4 درجات من أصل 5 درجات. 

ويأتي هذا التصنيف بعدما أجرى المعهد تقييمًا لشركة سلوشنز على خمس فئات مختلفة، وهي التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وقياس الأداء المؤسسي، وإدارة أداء الشركة، وثقافة الأداء في الشركة، وإدارة أداء الموظفين، حيث صُنِّفت “سلوشنزعلى أنها منظمة متكاملة ملتزمة بتطبيق المعايير الدولية في الإدارة الشاملة للأداء، ويُعتبر هذا التصنيف واحدًا من أعلى التصنيفات في العالم للمشاريع والشركات في قطاع تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات.  

ويعكس هذا التقييم تكامل نظام إدارة الأداء في “سلوشنز مع استراتيجيتها التي تتمحور حول المحافظة على نجاح العلاقات مع الشركاء والعملاء، واستمرارية الريادة في التحول الرقمي في المملكة. 

ووفقًا للمعهد، تُظهر الدرجات مواءمةً واضحة في ممارسات إدارة الأداء والاستراتيجية عبر المستويات التنظيمية المختلفة. كما أشاد المعهد بشركة سلوشنزفي تقرير التقييم النهائي، مثنيًا على عملياتها المنظمة لإدارة الأداء المُدارة بشكل جيد، مما يجعل رؤيةً ورسالةسلوشنز متّسقةً مع أولوياتها الاستراتيجية المتمثلة في “القيادة والتوسع والتقدم والترويج”، وأتمتة عمليات مشروعاتها ونماذجها وأدواتها.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, (24 July 2022):  The KPI Institute has awarded solutions by stc, Saudi Arabia’s leading digital enabler, an excellence award in integrated performance after scoring high on The KPI Institute’s Integrated Performance Maturity Model Framework, which the The evaluation indicates a high level of management maturity at solutions by stc.

This Award came after The KPI Institute evaluated solutions by stc in five different categories: strategic planning, corporate performance measurement, corporate performance management, performance culture, and employee performance management).

According to The KPI Institute, the scores suggest consistency within the strategy and performance management practices across different organizational levels. In its final assessment report, The KPI Institute also commended solutions by stc for its well-managed and structured performance management processes, a mission and vision that is aligned with its LEAP strategic themes (Lead, Expand, Advance, Promote), and the automation of its projects’ processes, templates, and tools.

Editor’s Note: Below is an excerpt of Performance Magazine’s (PM) interview with Fadi Al-Jafari, a Senior Management Consultant, Leader of Data Analysis and Visualization Center, and Project Manager at The KPI Institute. 

For Fadi Al-Jafari, one of TKI’s performance management experts, having a clear vision for your organization and being aware of its external environment to prevent threats and capture opportunities is the core of strategic thinking. He expounded on this and more in an interview with Performance Magazine.

PM: What will be the major challenges in managing performance in the future, and how should organizations prepare for them?

Fadi: The major challenges would be how to measure the individual’s performance right and without any biases, use the data to predict future the individual’s performance, and benefit from the data they have to improve the individual’s performance. One solution is to use digital PMS that collects data regularly and measures individual performance based on the tasks they work on and then use data analytics tools to draw conclusions and predictions based on the analysis.

PM: While navigating through these challenging times, what would you consider a best practice in Performance Management?

Fadi: To start with an organizational architecture framework of the PMS, ensure that cascading and alignments are conducted properly. This also enables organizations to develop a governance framework, processes, and procedures to efficiently run the system and avoid internal silos.

PM: What key competencies would make a Strategy and Performance Manager succeed nowadays?

Fadi: An important one is strategic thinking — to be able to analyze different situations that the organization may face and to have a proactive personality that would allow them to capture changes in the market before they arise. It is crucial to identify the opportunities, capture them before the competitors do, and determine any threats to prepare the organization to deal with them.
