The KPI Institute’s participation at HR Talent Management Malaysia 2016

The KPI Institute was pleased to share knowledge and expertise on Human Resources, due to its participation at the HR Talent Management Asia 2016 held in Malaysia at Connexion@Nexus on 15-16 March 2016.

Our subject matter expert Oana Gavril, Managing Director in SE Asia at The KPI Institute also attended a panel discussion on “Retention as a money saver for talent management”. Throughout the panel discusion, Oana together with Aditi Sharma Kalra the regional editor at Human Resources, Gaurav Sharma the Human Resources Director at Coca-Cola and Animesh Mukherjee, Head – HR centre of expertise at Digi talked about topics like: “Learning from senior HR practitioners about growing and retaining internal talent” and “Exploring cost-effective ways to keep your talent motivated”.

During the entire event all participants had the possibility to interact with the representative team and to consult the latest magazines, reports and publications launched by The KPI Institute.

About the conference

HR Talent Management Asia 2016 Conference got the participants thinking on ideas to better manage talent in the region. For the past three years, Talent Management Asia has offered solutions to issues that keep HR directors awake at night. It brought interactive learning modules in the form of breakout streams focusing on topics such as Recruitment and Retention as well as HR Technology in addition to round table sessions centered on pressing issues within the HR function.
