Join the annual Conference on Performance Management in Romania!
The growing community of Romanian professionals passionate about performance management tools will get together in Sibiu on 26-27 October for the sixth edition of the annual Conference “Performance Management in Romania”.
As the only event of this kind in Romania dedicated exclusively to performance management, the conference provides the participants with a unique opportunity to learn and share best performance management practices at all levels – organization, department and individual. Top practitioners from the National Bank of Romania, Bombardier, E.ON, Flanco, Policolor, Saint-Gobain Weber, The KPI Institute and WorldSkills Romania will share their knowledge and expertise in a series of hands-on presentations and will help the participants polish their practical skills and catch up with the latest trends in the field.
Organized jointly by The KPI Institute and WorldSkills Romania, in partnership with Acumen Integrat, the conference will also feature the Masterclass “Reaching business excellence through KPI”, held by Mrs. Cristina Tarata, Head of Research Programs at The KPI Institute. A case study on cascading a development strategy in the medical sector and a workshop on planning and executing a development strategy in public administration will round up the agenda of the conference, which is expected to attract mid and top level professionals from a wide range of industries.
