The PERFORMANCE community surpasses 13,000 members!

We are excited to announce that we have reached a new performance landmark: there are now more than 13,000 members in the LinkedIn group PERFORMANCE: Measurement, Management, KPI, Balanced Scorecard, Business Intelligence, Analytics.

After having just celebrated the 12.000 members mark this March, we are happy to inform you that the PERFORMANCE community has increased with more than 1000 new members.

With a previous record of 200 new members joining each week, the group has grown rapidly and has succeeded in gathering practitioners from around the world and engaging them in performance related discussions. Over the past 2 months, the community has grown steadily, adding more than 1000 new members.

Some of the most popular topics are:

  • Designing and implementing Performance Management frameworks;
  • Best practices in Performance Management and measurement;
  • Performance related events (courses and conferences);
  • General issues related to organizational, operational and individual performance management;
  • Recommendations of relevant resources.

As we look into the data behind the 13,000 member milestone, it is encouraging to see that our fastest growing demographics on LinkedIn are seniors and managers as their percentage covers more than 60% of the group total.

The PERFORMANCE group’s majority is comprised of nearly 3800 senior level professionals and over 3300 managers from different industries. The seniority ratio continues to more than 1200 directors, which are part of the Performance Community.

The generated discussions bring relevant insight to a broad series of practitioners, stemming from members with various industries, such as:
