Performance Improvement and KPIs Forum – Overview Day 3
September 11th was the last day of the Performance Improvement and KPIs Forum, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event was dedicated to all top and middle managers interested in improving performance at employee, departmental, or organizational level.
After two intense days of keynote presentations, panel discussions and round table sessions, engaging both speakers and delegates in short discussions on a variety of performance related topic, the third day of the Performance Improvement and KPIs Forum was dedicated to workshops, designed to teach participants practical skills, techniques, and ideas from which they can benefit in their daily activities.
On the last day of the forum, participants were invited to take part at one of the workshops dedicated to measurement and management of performance, within various circumstances.
The topics decided upon for the two workshop were aimed at clarifying concepts and respond to the challenges encountered by professionals of the South East Asia region. The subjects addressed were:
- KPI Essentials – selection and targeting setting
- Performance Improvement Essentials – alignment and performance culture
Teodora Gorski, Managing Director Middle East – The KPI Institute, United Arab Emirates conducted the workshop “Performance Improvement Essentials – alignment and performance culture”, which provided a strong foundation towards improving performance in different scenarios, by presenting relevant tools, processes and techniques meant at closing the performance gap. Participants explored effective approaches to assess organizational results and analyze human performance, as well as a variety of strategies that can be employed to improve performance at all levels.
The agenda was conceived to exceed participants’ expectations and all sessions highlighted cutting-edge techniques and tools used to improve performance management, as well as ultimate trends and best practices shared by top experts.
Featuring a balanced sequence of presentations, workshops and networking sessions, The Performance Improvement and KPIs Forum was a complete success and will certainly be followed by a second edition in the upcoming year, providing again a complex and outstanding experience!
