TKI Conference Presentation: Effectively using KPIs for Cascading Strategy and Facilitating Organizational Alignment
The KPI Institute was delighted to share knowledge and expertise on Strategy Execution, due to its participation at the Strategy Execution & Performance 2015 held in Doha, Qatar.
Teodora Gorski, the Managing Director MENA at The KPI Institute, delivered on 26th of November 2015 a workshop on how to use KPIs for cascading strategy and facilitate organizational alignment. The workshop was very much appreciated by the participants due to a hands-on approach.
