Performance & KPI Executive Meeting hosted by The KPI Institute in Dubai

The KPI Institute validated its commitment to support the Middle Eastern community of professionals into exploring and discussing challenges and trends in Organizational and Employee Performance Management, by organizing another Performance & KPI Executive Meeting in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The event took place in Dubai, on the 10th of April, at the Fairmont Dubai and was facilitated and led by Aurel Brudan– CEO of The KPI Institute and Mihai Toma – Head of Professional Practice MENA at The KPI Institute.

The Performance & KPI Executive Meeting brought together a select group of CEOs and Executives to discuss local business challenges that most organizations encounter while measuring performance, as well as highlight insightful solutions, tools and practical solutions to overcome the most pressing and complex issues.

Key discussion topics of the sessions were:
