1st Breakfast Networking Session in Kuala Lumpur organised by The KPI Institute

As a result of The KPI Institute’s continuous determination towards connecting with professionals and guiding them towards performance improvement, we decided to organize in collaboration with KPISOFT a number of two Breakfast Networking Sessions regarding the subject of Performance Trends in Kuala Lumpur. The first session took place between 8:30-10:30 on December 10th under the guidance of The KPI Institute’s founder and CEO, Aurel Brudan.

The highlighted subject of this event was about Maximizing Organization & Employee Productivity for 2016.

One of the most important goals was to create positive outcomes and engage professionals in discussions designed to offer them a new perspective and the required support, beneficial to properly managing their businesses in alignment to a rigorous performance management framework.

We dedicated these events to top executives and we outlined the suited agenda to carry them through the best practices and key trends regarding organizational performance improvement and measurement.
