New Launch: GCC Healthcare Benchmarking Project
The KPI Institute gladly announces the launching of: GCC Healthcare Benchmarking Project.
GCC Healthcare Benchmarking Project is the first project of this type in the region, in terms of coverage and complexity, and it aims at evaluating the performance of 420 hospitals across the GCC, using 100 indicators clustered in 3 dimensions: Patient Focus, Facility Resource Administration and Facility Profile.
Our customized benchmarking tool is the result of an extensive research based on data from 30 countries, 78 healthcare facilities KPI categories and 16 taxonomies.
Using our specific benchmarking framework will:
- Enable comparisons between healthcare leaders within GCC;
- Position Healthcare facilities among the industry leaders;
- Give exclusive insights on the KPIs used by other GCC healthcare facilities;
- Bring industry best practices to the performance improvement plan;
- Empower Healthcare facilities to calibrate their performance measurement according to industry tendencies.
Participate in improving GCC’s Healthcare performance

Participation is free for all Healthcare facilities within the GCC region.
Benchmarking performance and informing strategic decision making
For providing us with data regarding performance measurement within the facilities the participants will receive:
- a free customized issue of our Benchmarking report valued at 1500 USD;
- a free copy of GCC Healthcare Perspectives: Demographics, facts, figures and insights, valued at 500 USD. The secondary research report includes a comparative analysis on the GCC states healthcare systems and an overview of each state. The report also follows a comparison between healthcare indicators for the GCC Area, Europe and the US.
Required data for measuring performance
Every Healthcare facility can provide us with data from their own workplace by completing our Benchmarking Questionnaire composed of 100 indicators clustered in 3 dimensions – Patient Focus, Facility Resource Administration and Facility Profile.

Guaranteed Data Confidentiality
The KPI Institute treats data with the highest level of confidentiality. As a result, we have spent considerable resources with implemented procedures to ensure that data security and confidentiality are never compromised at all time. Before receiving the data from the organization we will also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
