The Performance & KPI Executive Evening hosted by The KPI Institute in Riyadh

November 23rd, 2015, Melbourne, Australia – The KPI Institute, the global authority on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) research and education, validated its commitment to support the community of professionals from the Middle East on their journey to performance improvement, by organizing The Performance & KPI Executive Evening, in Riyadh, on the 22nd of November 2015, at the Holiday Inn Riyadh Izdihar.

Facilitated and led by Adrian Brudan – General Manager MENA The KPI Institute, the event was dedicated to top executives, and it aimed to share best practices and explore trends in Organizational Performance Improvement and Performance Measurement.

Adrian Brudan highlighted a series of challenges that most organizations encounter while measuring performance. Working with KPIs is challenging due to the lack of standards, firstly. The work done by The KPI Institute in this field brings clarity to such topics, and Adrian offered insightful solutions, useful tools and practical techniques to overcome these obstacles.

Event participants also attended a seminar on understanding Key Performance Indicators. This workshop shed light on the entire process of selecting, documenting and reporting KPIs, as KPIs are vital navigation instruments used by managers and leaders to evaluate whether they are on course to success or not.

At the executive evening there were participants from 27 organisations from various industries like: Local Government (Ministry of Commerce and Industry), Healthcare (Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City, King Fahad Medical City Riyadh), Telecommunication (Mobily, Saudi Telecom Company, Airbus DS), Utilities (National Water Company), Financial Institutions (Bank Al Bilad, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency), etc.

Local leading practitioners were also present at the event, as guest speakers:
