The meeting was chaired by Adrian Brudan – General Manager MENA The KPI Institute, and highlighted challenges that most organizations encounter while measuring performance, as well as insightful solutions, useful tools and practical techniques to overcome these obstacles.

On a large scale, many organizations that operate with Key Performance Indicators discovered that the KPIs have little or no difference to the overall performance. To shed light on the subject, Adrian Brudan presented provoking ideas and valuable examples of good practices on how to establish a comprehensive KPI Framework in a workshop on understanding Key Performance Indicators.

“Thanks a lot for the valuable knowledge shared freely with us. I have already started sharing the needs for such KPIs in our IT Internal Audits” said Jalaluddin Ahmed Al-Rifaei, Senior Internal Auditor at SABIC.

The meeting was attended by representatives from Water and Electricity Company, SABIC, Electricity & Cogeneration Regulatory Authority, Isna Global Training Center, Sahara Petrochemicals, Jazeera Pharmaceutical Industries, Mobily Etihad Etisalat, Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Saudi Airlines, Saudi Telecom Co. and many more.
