In our 8th issue of PERFORMANCE Magazine, we explore the professional development path of Fabian Mora, Director at Lighthouse PM Consulting, Costa Rica. Having worked in shared services and the outsourcing business world for over 12 years, often finding himself part of operations, but mostly working in the Quality and Performance Management divisions, with Service Levels of Agreement and KPIs, Fabian has amassed a sizeable amount of experience when it comes to understanding the intricacies behind measuring and improving the performance of an organizational entity.
