Certified Performance Management Professional Training Course in Dubai

The course provides a strong foundation towards improving performance in different scenarios by presenting a sound architecture containing relevant tools, processes, and techniques. The 6 pillars are then implemented in 9 different scenarios that vary from organizational context (e.g. company, departmental, and employee level) and relationship with stakeholders (e.g. Joint Ventures, suppliers, and personal level), to operations (e.g. process, project, and quality management).
