KPI Masterclass Training Course in Muscat
Facilitated by Mihai Toma, Head of Professional Practice MENA, this in-house training course was delivered on 30th and 31st of October 2017, in Muscat, Oman for a company that is specialized in Maritime industry.
Initially focused on the transportation of domestically produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes to international markets, company’s fleet has evolved to include Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), Product Tankers, Very Large Ore Carriers (VLOCs), Bulk Carriers and, lately, a container ship as well.
The KPI Masterclass Training Course is part of a series dedicated to the rigorous use of KPIs within organizations.
The training course was attended by professionals from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, coming from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise within the Maritime industry.
We approached the following key topics:
- Understanding Performance Management System Architecture and KPIs;
- KPI Documentation and Target Setting;
- KPI Data Gathering and Analysis.
To enable both the theoretical understanding and practical experience of using the performance management tools and techniques, we have integrated group discussions, exercises, simulations and case studies.
There was a remarkable active involvement of all the participants in a collaborative learning environment where opinions and experiences were shared.
