The KPI Institute- the global authority on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), research and education invites you to register for the Performance Improvement Professional training course, scheduled for the 1-3 March 2015 in Dubai.
The course provides a strong foundation towards improving performance in different scenarios, by presenting a sound architecture, containing relevant tools, processes and techniques.

Learning Experience
The two days learning experience helps participants efficiently use the performance improvement pillars and get insights on best practices in monitoring and reporting KPIs. In addition, a strong practical methodology is designed, to help attendants practice conducting review meetings, analyze data and systemize the tracking of implemented initiatives to address the objectives set.
Evaluation
The Certification Exam will take place at the end of the third day of training. It contains 75 questions and the necessary score to pass is minimum 50. The time allocated to finalize the exam is 60 minutes.
