About the speaker
Andrada-Iulia Ghețe is Head of Benchmarking within The KPI Institute, the global authority on Key Performance Indicators research and education.
Andrada is responsible for the first benchmarking project of The KPI Institute, which provides a comparative performance analysis of GCC states hospitals. Moreover, she is in charge with developing and delivering courses both on Benchmarking and Cross-cultural Management and she has successfully completed the Master Trainer Program, facilitated by The Association for Talent Development (ATD).
She is also a Certified KPI trainer and regularly attends international conferences, publishing research articles in the management field.
