Radu Cocean is PHD Lecturer at Babes-Bolyai University, specialized in International Marketing, Internal Marketing & Employer Branding, as well as Business Negotiations. He is a certified trainer with a vast experience in Project Management and European Funds.

Since 2010 he has delivered training courses and coordinated follow-ups and capacity-building programs in the Project Management field. He complemented these training programs through consultancy and coaching.

He has elaborated Development Strategies and has delivered training courses on Sustainable Development for the Romanian authorities and for multinational companies.
