In addition to his educational accreditations, he writes articles on performance management and is a consultant for organizations from different sectors.
Mr. Mora has experienced the obstacles that many organizations face on the way from performance measurement to performance management. He has also been exposed to a variety of initiatives that organizations need to undertake to enhance their performance measurement efforts.
