Trainers’ profiles:

Cristina Tărâță is the Head of the Research Department at The KPI Institute. Her experience in working with KPIs is reflected through research and consultancy activities.

As a consultant, Cristina was involved in multiple projects aimed at implementing a Performance Management System, based on the Balanced Scorecard. She also revised the performance management architecture of companies from different industries.

In terms of research, Cristina documented of over 1,000 KPIs, developed 90 reports and book series, like: The KPI Dictionaries and the Top 25 KPIs of 2011-2012.

Andreea Vecerdea is the Head of Strategy and Performance at The KPI Institute. She is responsible with supervising and maintaining the company’s Performance Management System functional, at organizational, departmental, and individual level.

As a consultant, Andreea holds valuable experience in performance management, as she was in charge of implementing and reviewing Performance Management architectures for numerous international clients.

As a trainer, Andreea facilitated various training courses in the performance management field both at national and international level.
