The series is based on research conducted through www.smartKPIs.com, which contains over 20,000 Key Performance Indicator examples, making it the world’s largest source of thoroughly documented KPIs.

Hotel activities include the provision of short-stay accommodation for visitors and other travelers, but also the provision of longer-term accommodation for students, workers and similar categories. Some units may provide only accommodation, while others provide a combination of accommodation, meals and/or recreational facilities.
