Performance Management in 2014 is the third from a series of annual publications in which The KPI Institute provides an overview on the state of the discipline. The content was compiled in such manner as to provide opinions and extensive analyses through the interviews, as well as specific information through the other sections. The report Performance Management in 2014 is the result of a qualitative research study conducted in the period November, 2014 – February, 2015, by The KPI Institute. The research study used both primary and secondary sources.
