Key Performance Indicators Workshop
The KPI Institute will be present at the Strategy Leaders conference through a workshop on Key Performance Indicators, programmed to be hold on Sunday, 13th of April 2014.
Led by Mr. Adrian Brudan, General Manager of The KPI Institute EMEA Region, the workshop will present the fundamental techniques for KPI selection that ensure a rigorous process and quality result. Practical exercises will be combined with best practice examples from a variety of industries and functional areas.
The worskshop is designed for strategy and performance management practitioners interested in improving the use of KPIs as part of existing systems, as well as for professionals who are about to embark on KPI selection projects. About Adrian Brudan
Adrian Brudan is the General Manager of The KPI Institute EMEA Region, the global authority on Key Performance Indicators research and education. Adrian Brudan is an expert researcher, practitioner and consultant with 6+ years of experience in the deployment and implementation of KPI Management Frameworks. He has been involved in designing and delivering the Institute’s KPI educational programs, aimed at competency development in the area of Performance Management and Measurement.
Adrian specialized in organizational performance measurement and management capabilities assessment using internally researched and developed performance management maturity model frameworks.
As an educator, Adrian has facilitated tens of training courses and advisory programs on performance management subject matters in multiple industry settings ranging from oil & gas industry, utilities and healthcare to airline industry.
As a consultant Adrian holds valuable experience both in Performance Management, and Project Management. His expertise and knowledge range from the implementation and review of performance management architecture, to KPI Scorecards and Dashboards design. Part of The KPI Institute consultants’ team since its inception, Adrian was involved in several international projects reviewing performance management architectures for clients in Australia, South- East Europe and the Middle East.
